Nowadays use of computer has become an essential part of human life and people love to spend a big part of their day and night sitting in front of computer screen. This magical box is being used for office work as well as entertainment, fun, friendship, dating, shopping, political, religious and social activities. With the emergence of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other social networks, people have gone crazy. Even the children are using computers at home and school.

Though there are not any strong scientific evidence that computer screen damage the eyesight badly, regular computer users usually complain about the problems such as eyestrain, blurry vision, headaches, fatigue, dry eyes, neck, back, shoulder pain and difficulty on focusing. These problems may not be caused by the use of computer but you must protect your eyesight from any possible damage because eyesight is the most important human sense and neglecting this might result in a great loss to you.


1. How to protect eyes when sitting in front of computer?

•    Don’t look at the screen continuously for more than 20 minutes.

Dairy products: Milk, cream, butter and eggs.
